In a booming industry, many people would like to jump into the ice cream "field" without having a clue about opening costs, operating costs and work organization.

The industry is now 90 percent "commanded" by products distributed by a wide variety of semi-manufacturing companies. This is the sad reality. By now people are addicted to the same flavors that the ice cream industry decides. And that is why in most ice cream shops you will always find the same flavors that for obvious reasons we will not stay to mention their names.

Not compromising with the ice cream industry is our choice, not being "tied" to anyone, free to use any raw material knowing how to balance any recipe and then being able to correct it knowing where to act being aware of what you are doing.

Total independence and the ability to experiment and produce a totally artisanal product while keeping even lower production costs and keeping the quality of the finished product much higher.

Several times we have been told by interested parties that they want to go down this path but do not know where to start. 

The big problem, for us, nowadays is that people are not thinking clearly, misled by misleading advertisements where they talk about seemingly insignificant costs, only to come up against reality and end up facing huge expenses to deal with.

For us, this point is crucial.

We will not delude you with promises of low costs and high gains. Our priority is to make you aware of the choice you are making.
